Connecting XP to a Win2000 Domain

I 'm setting up my own home network for the first time and I've followed several tutorials that I found on the net and everything has gone well and to plan, Oh BTW the domain controller is on Win 2000 Adv server. I successfully setup a user account for my laptop to logon to (my laptop is running XP). And I added my laptop onto the domain, all IP addresses are in the same range and so.

However when I go to log on to the network with my laptop I get the message stating that I need to synchronise my latop time with that of my server. how the hell do I do this.

Server articles that I've seen on the net goes on about an internet time tab in the Date/Time properties but I don't have this.

can anyone help?

If i remember correctly it's a service in XP & server 2000.
I can't exactly remember what, but if you have a browse through services.msc it should pop out at you
