networking

I am currently off at college, my school uses windows xp pro machines and windows 2000 servers. the school is split up into seperate networks; the mens dorms are seperate and the girls dorms and the schools systems in there labs are all seperated. So what im trying to do is gain access to my girlfriends computer on the girls network that i cant see from my computer, they are also using a dhcp server for ip addresses and it automatically switches when you shutdown or restart. Basically the network is a windows workgroup network, but i have no clue what they use to seperate the networks or how to get passed it. and as far as i know there is only one T3 internet connection for the school.

thanks for any help

They most like have you on different ip ranges and the routers/firewalls setup to deny incoming access from the other networks.

It doesn't look very promising.

here is your solution.

First told your friends that they send you " net send message " from RUN command , then you will find the name or IP address of the computer. After that you can send message back to that computer.

If the IP address changes , then you can know the new IP address changes.

DO this and then tell me that this solution solve your problem.
