Hi to All!

I am not exactly sure how to do this. I am looking to intall a script that will process multiple page forms (the forms pass on
values) and at the end an autoresponder sends the user
and admin an email - the user receives a thank you message
and the admin receives the data that was entered by the user.
All data is writen to a database.

Here is the script that I want to use to accomplish this:

But what I am confused about is how to combine the above
script with an opt-in email management script where those
receiving emails would be able to click on a link at the bottom
of the email(s) to be instantly removed. I am not sure if
I can get the opt in email script to work from the same database
and delete users created by a different script.

The ideal situation would be to find 1 script that does all of this
but I haven't been able to find such a script yet. So the only
other option I can think of is to modify the above script
to accomodate an opt in email program. My question is
would this be very difficult to accomplish? And would I need
to maintain two databases?

Just confused about how to set this up! Anyone that can help
would be greatly appreciated!
