I am currenlty looking for PHP/PERL programmer for full time work based in Melbourne Australia.
You - you will be mainly responsible for expanding existing infostructure. Client base for your projects - ~20,000. You will have excellent skills in php as well as knowledge of perl (candidates with 'read only' skills need not apply). In sql area - you should have experience in mysql and postgresql, as we're currently shifting our information from mysql to postgresql. You will be working in linux envornment, so it's best if you have at least user-level knowledge of debian, though co-operating with sysadmins has never hurt anyone, so if you're all-purpose tool I'll be more than glad to hear from you.
Company - it's a small software company, writing applications for windows and macs. We work in 14 countries, and have mutli-cultural enironment - only 6 of 30 employees are native australians, so if you are a racist, can't appreciate other cultures, or just a jackass you probably won't like the job.

I was actually looking for replacement for myself - I've quit my job and going back to uni to do bachelor in biz full time, so needed to find someone to replace me.
