Need someone for a PHP or Perl Job

I am not sure what is the best way to do this, but here is what I need.

I work for a mortuary (and before you say it.. yeah.. it's a real "dead end" job) :D Anyway, they are really unhappy with the current company they are using for hosting, editing, design, etc. Their main concern is how slow they seem to turn things around but also that they seem to nickle and dime them to death (no pun intended).

I have a reseller account for web hosting and can offer all the necessary features for PHP, CGI-BIN, MySQL, and many more. The problem about switching is because the money hungry company was offering a feature that I cannot recreate. The mortuary would like a way to offer the viewing of Obituaries online. That means they are going to need an Admin page that allows them to add/delete obits, print a current list for inhouse use, and the ability to keep an ongoing database for others to check regarding past deaths. You can currently see what they have, but the obits page isnt up and running. The current site name is www.leppertandhensley.com. You will see that on the obits page there is a way for you see all memorials, the current memorials, or to search by name. The one thing I dont like about the current layout is it looks different from the rest of the site. I would rather make it look like the rest of the page meaning it look like the home page and with an obits menu that matches the rest of the pages. I can do the layout.. but the script would have to be able to work ... or at least I would like for it to be able to work within that space.

To give you an example with an obits section that works... you can go to http://www.memorialobituaries.com/memorials/memorials.cgi?clientid=flanne&action=List+Future.

This is a company that does allows you to use their servers.. but I think it would be possible for Leppert to create their own version.

Hopefully this all makes sense as to what I am looking for. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Thank you in advance,

If you are still needing this done, then I might be able to accomidate you.

First let me say... WOW! I cant believe how many responses I received on this post. If I am ever looking for work... I know where to come.

Second, I have some bad news. The job is currently on hold and there is a good chance I will not get the job now. I want to apologize to all those that did put in a bid.. and I think there was close to 15 people interested. I had made my decision, but it looks like the job is going to a bigger company and I will not be working on it after all.

I will be keeping everyones email just in case I need a quote for a future job.

Thanks for you time,

Sincerely,

Kim Huff
