Does anybody know if it's possible to send MSN/ICQ messages with ASP to registered MSN/ICQ users?

I think you must just send emails to addresses depending on what do you want.
For example to ICQ:
ICQUin@pager.icq.com

to msn - msnUin@hotmail.com
