Object-Oriented Programming With Python (part 2)

Great job on the tutorials ... Thank You

Ok, I know these tutorials are just for starters, but they never seem to cover anything of use in the real world. They merely illustrate a concept, just like the books. Why not use something from the real world, and show the benefits of OOP? Such as database work within CGI done with OOP rather than modules, or... I don't, it's quite hard thinking up examples! ;-)

Great tutorial. I found it very usefull. I know get a feeling I finally understand what oop is all about!

With the basics out of the way, this concluding article discusses more advanced aspects of Python's OO implementation, including inheritance, destructors and overrides.

Please discuss this article in this thread. You can read the article here (http://www.devshed.com/c/a/Python/Object-Oriented-Programming-With-Python-part-2).

Where'd it go? It's not in the index of python articles or at the url given...

I'm not sure that they'll be able to get it for you, but you can try submitting a ticket here:
