help overclocking mmx 200 mhz

i need help with over clocking my mmx socket 7 processor..i have a asus tx97-e rev 1.2 mobo.. i recently by mistake undid all of the jumpers for the fbs except for one..now i'm running 250 mhz system seems stable..i want more power out of this processor cuz i hear some can get up to 500 mhz

also i was thinkin' of buyin' a 266 mhz mmx proscessor used for note books with 1.9 vcore..my mobo's lowest vcore is 2.0 should or can i do it? and this is desktop not note book

168 mb of ram

http://www.compgeeks.com/products.asp?cat=CPU#Socket%207%20CPUs there's the link for the 266mhz on the top of the page click "socket 7 cpu's" and it's the top cpu there's a 266 a 233 and a 200 mhz

if it helps any the only jumper plugged in still is the one for bfo 1&2 and with all of them undone it runs at 208.2 mhz and the fsb is 69.4 now it runs at 250 and fsb is 62.4 but the first time the multiplier was set at 3.0 now it's set at 4.0 ..dunno how this happened but can anybody tell me how to make it even faster..this is a project computer so don't worry

update i left the jumper in on bf0 1&2 and added a jumper to the fs2 on 2&3.. now my cpu speed is 225 but bus is 112.5 mhz multipled is *2 how can i make it go quicker plz tell me

yea thanx for the rsponse

You're going to have to look in your manual. Its all in the jumpers, up the fsb as much as you can.
As to the 266, you probably can use that, but why? Look how cheap a low end celeron or amd is. Still pocket change, but at least you're new enough to have more people using them.
