Kylix 3.0 and RedHat 9.0

When i use RedHat 7.2 kylix 3 Enterprise work fine . but when use RedHat 9.0 can't work . (on any simple program) why?and can i use redhat 9.0 ? ( i need version 9.0 for support my primary language)
