Nobody will do this for free (nobody with half a brain anyway).
To get that done by a quality designer will probably cost you roughly 45$.
If you seriously need them done I would reccomend www.rent-a-coder.com -- a lot of talented programmers and such in this community.
i'll just wait for a good samaritan that will do it for me i would pay if i had a way but i dont unless u tell me a way i can pay

BTW, the whole site is flash, if you wanted just a menu, u'd have to supply the background image, which would have to be the exact size you'd need for your site. It's actually really simple to make.

this menu is for a personal site but it is themed on the band (box car racer) thats the only reason y i want the menu and my paypal account doesnt have any money in it

Are you talking about the menu on the left? and do you want to use flash or just basic HTML?
if it's html it'll be a little rough getting the exact menu layout
as for flash that would take some extra time to create.
HTML would be fine and yes its the menu that says home and things vbut i need it to say

Alright, well I started on it yesterday for about 10 minutes and I have about 3 of the buttons down and animated, when I get another chance, I"ll finish it up for you. And even though this forum says I can upload .swf files, for some reason when I tried it told me that it wasn't a valid jpg or gif image.

Here are the links to get your files. I put up the .fla and .swf. I only made 4 buttons because a few of them were different through out the thread. I put Home, Contact, Pics and Links.
I assume you know how to use flash, at least a little bit, so I didn't add any action script to the menu (seeing as I do not know where the links go).
