I don't believe there is one that will really do what you want. The problem is that Photoshop works with 2D images, therefore the program can not differentiate between plains properly. I would assume that any filter that would attempt this would use Lights and Darks to tell where two plains meet. The problem with that is that if you don't have a real distinct shadow, it might not have too many lines. You would probably have to use a drawing tool and do it youself.
