anything you get will be better than what you have, lol. NVidia 5900 Ultra and Radeon 9800 Pro are the best, right at the top of your price range. http://www6.tomshardware.com/graphic/20030714/vga_card_guide-12.html has more extensive tests of various cards. Do you have 8x agp on your mobo? Just wondering, since that would be what you need for max performance from any of the top boards.
THe all-in-wonder is nice, if you'll use all those features. If you just use your computer for gaming and computer stuff, you probably don't need it, just get a radeon pro or nvidia ultra, for best performance
