I am looking for professional companies that specialise in the sale of online businesses.
We are not after a domain brokerage service that sells your domain on for a few hundred $. We are looking to sell something much more substantial than this - an established suite of sites that are very profitable, and could fetch a 7-figure (USD) sale price.
We are not in any hurry to sell (in fact, the sites in question have some agreements already in place until August 2004), so would be looking for someone that would act on a commission only basis, and not charge a fee for putting the entity 'on the market'.
Can anyone advise on a company (preferably UK based, because the sites in question have a strong UK focus) that specialises in this kind of thing?
(And before you ask, no... we are not looking to sell our 'aardvark' brand - we are looking to sell another suite of sites which, in the longer term, will allow us to focus more on the aardvark suite of sites instead.)
