I have setup ESMTP, user is now require to login to access our SMTP server.
But how can limit my SMTP server for those From address or Return-to address that listed in my rcpthosts only?

Why is this a problem?
If you don't want them to do it, ask them not to. If they continue to do it, don't let them use your mail server.

SMTP Server IIS 6
One of the applications on this server is sending e-mails to users.
With one exception all users get the e-mails as expected.
For that exception user we get from the server’s postmaster a Delivery Status Notification (Failure): “Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server <e-mail address>”. Trying with other e-mail addresses from the same domain we get the same result.
What is the cause of this behaviour and what should we do?
