Alternative word suggestions- Search

Hi folks,

Any of you have any idea of implementing a suggestion feature for Search. For example "Did you mean: ..."
I read in documentation that this provision is available using Collections. But I am using CFQuery to fetch the results. How can it be incoported here..?
